Repair order is not getting created through service notification S1

Hi,

I have a problem with Repair order, it is not getting created through service notification S1.

I have selected Document type RAS and maintained Material and Service item and remaining fields, and even I am getting message 'After saving notification repair order is generated' In spite Iam not getting repair order generated.

Help needed.

Hi,

Repair order would be created via service notification S4 .... since the define actions - create repair order is for it and function module defined...

for every service notification follow on actions are defined in IMG and followon action for S4 is repair order....
