what can we promise to a client who is wellversed in SAP?

my client knows about SAP very well. Now when we went to them for a new project they asked us what can we do for them...i mean what value addition we can show to them compared to previous rollout. its a rollout where we work more on reports and workbooks... Plz

Looks like the client doenst know how to improve their system & wants you to tell them. Study how they operate and find weaknesses.

Hi neeraja,

From the message it shows that u will be new to SAP ,according to your client u just go through the prevoius rollout,and have a detailed study of their IT infrastructure and SAP h/w then try to know what they exactly wants ? and in SAP to know the existing Landscape they areusing ? Modules they are implemented ? the usage of the exixting h/w ? like this
