Sync Message just stops mid pipeline

I have the strangest thing. Randomly about once a day, a synchronous message that comes in via the RFC adapter and exits via the JDBC adapter will just stop mid pipeline at the technical routing step. The message will only have a gray dot for the status that says log version. It does not have any error or success status and does not explain in the trace that there was any problem at all. The RFC side then short dump in ERP.

Has anyone ever dealt with this one?

Hi,

This kind of things normally happen when there is load on the Integration Server.

It will not happen regularly. may be the peak time of load on server.

Better solution to be like re-process the message stuck up in queue.

I have seen this happen with the grey dot when the source to target structure doesent match too well..However in your case you also might want to check your queue`s, and try to recreate the problem..it could be that under load certain runtime parameters are being lost..hence structures do not match...possibility
