Adobe LiveCycle (unable to see toolbars in TCODE efrm)

After apply service packs in an ECC 6.0, all toolbars are grayed out when bringing in PDF in efrm (accessing adobe livecycle designer). The document displays, but we are unable to edit. Has anyone else seen this? Gail

Hi,

we faced the similar issue.This is due to missing files in our operating system.Raise an oss message for this to sap.They will send all the missing files.

Hi,

Try unistall and install the Designer. Hope you are using version >=7.0
