Hi All,

If I make changes in my Integration Diretory

and then activate it.

Run the scenario -- My changes are not reflected.

Then I do SLD data cache refresh, CPA cache refresh, Adapetr Engine Cache refresh.

After that chages are reflected.

Pls let me know why the problem is and how to solve this

cache problem.

Hi rider,

ur scenarios are executed by integartion engine and adapter engine.

all the scenario are done in integration repository and directory.

for example abap mapping is executed by integration engine and communication channles are excuted on adapter engine.

so at runtime if you want to distribute Inegration Builder components to Integration engine and Adapter Engine will be going for cache refresh.

1)SXI_CACHE for integartion engine

(mapping objects,interfaces)

2)CPA_CACHE for adapter engine.

(ex:channels,UDF)

Thanks & Regards,

Rama Krishna

Hi,

CPA cache means it will contains the cache copy of all objects created during configuration time (ID)

CPA cache means it will contains the cache copy of all objects created during configuration time (ID). It resides in the Adapter engine and holds the configuration information from Integration Builder.

CPA stands for Collaboration Partner Agreement

It is basically the cache that handles your configuration objects ie to say all your objects that are created in your ID (channels, agreements and determinations)

CPA Cache is a cache for Repository objects and Directory Objects.

CPA Cache-Collabration Profile Agreement Cache....

U can display the contents using the url,

http://<server>:<j2eeport>/CPACache

CPA cache used in adapter framework during runtime

CPA cache means it will contains the cache copy of all objects created during configuration time (ID)

To monitor the CPA cache

Display:

Hi,

CPA Cache is a cache for Repository objects and Directory Objects.

It means due to some automatic refresh with the connection of server have not updated or the integration server is overloaded your information of Repository or Directory objects then you need to manually refresh the cache

So its not as such a problem .It depends upon the load on integration server configuration and processing capacity. You need not have to do it on regular basis.

Thanks

Swarup

Why don't implement the newest Service Pack?
