Hi Experts,

For installing the valid credentials for the ADS

I have done the following steps

Extract the archive

Copy the file filename.pfx to the directory <INST_DRIVE>:\usr\sap\J2E\SYS\global\AdobeDocumentServices\TrustManagerService\trust\credentials

Register the password for credential as described below:

Log on to the Visual Administrator (<INST_DRIVE>:\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\j2ee\admin\go.bat)

On the Cluster tab, choose Server 0 -> Services -> Document Services Configuration

On the Runtime tab, select Credentials

By Choosing Browse button I am getting the followiing error:

An error occurred while indexing the credential files:

com.adobe.service.sap.configuration.configurationException: An error occurred while indexing the credential fiels:

can any body tell me what is problem

Hi Vijay,

Try restarting all the ADS related services given in the guide below and then try to install the credentials.

Start all the ADS-related services before trying to register your credential (Document services *).
