Intermediate value in pricing

Hi Friend,

The below is one kind of pricing requirement, help and advice needed..

We have a discount condition type(ZMAT), the discount will be determined by our condition technique. Also we have Ztable where we maintained what is the maximum the limit of the discount for every customer.

Now once the value determined by condition techniqued needs to be compared with the ZTable value, whichever is less, that need to be passed to ZMAT

Condition type Amount

ZMAT 100$ (The value determined is 120$

and Ztable value is 100$, so least is 100$ need to passed as amount to ZMAT)

First solution: - Create 3 condition types

ZMAA find the value by access sequence, mark statistical

ZMAM find the value by attaching alt cal type frm Ztable, statistical

ZMAT Least of ZMAA or ZMAM

Problem: - During net value calculation ZMAA and ZMAM values are taken for calculation

Advice needed : - If I make ZMAM is the counter step of ZMAA and make ZMAM and ZMAA as statistical will help..

Second solution: - Manage with 2 condition type

ZMAA find the value by access sequence, mark statistical

ZMAT find the value of ZMAA and Ztable and take least one

Issue: - During ZMAT, none of our sap pricing structure holds the value of ZMAA

Advice needed : - Did any body worked with this situtation any idea (with confident) which pricing structure holds the value of ZMAA

Note: - As like in SD, we can't control by using max and min limit set up for every condition type.

Look into "Condition Exclusion" configuration for ZMAA and ZMAM.

Create an Exclusion Group

Assign those 2 conditions to the group

Add the Exclusion group to the Price Procedure (here is where you say to take the least of the 2)

Do this in conjunction with your scenario A
