Hi All,

I m working in CRM....SD

now i want to change the account indicator on the basis of warranty master data......

i mean to say that...while a customer create a complaint ,he enters the warranty id ,he also enters the Account Indicator......

here wt we need to do is that while he enters the warranty id, automatically the Account Indicator has to populate.....

plz help me where to find it.....and whr to search ...

Thnx for replying...

my object senario is that as the customer enters the warranty type and hit ENTER the account indicator has to come automatically....

thats wt we are intended to do......

i have created a table with warranty type and account indicator....and maintanied it...

so for that i have to do some changes by using some BADI or Userexit in the main program .......thts wt i m looking for.....

where to do changes....and which badi/userexit to use...

plz help....
