Error when i click on layout tab in transaction SFP

Hi Experts,

I am using SAP GUI 7.1 and Adobe reader 8.0.1. but getting follwing error.

Could not start Layout Designer (see long text)

This is the long text.

Diagnosis

The forms design tool for developing the form layout could not be started; either it is not installed or there are errors in the installation.

Procedure

Make sure that you have the forms design tool installed on your desktop (the tool is part of the SAPGUI installation).

could anyone help me where i have to check Layout Designer is installed or not , which patch i have to install?
