Prohibit Goods consumption using 'User status'.

I want to prohibit consumption of goods on project if a particular user status has not been set.

I have already tried prohibiting " Post Goods Issue" , but still consumption by 281 Q is taking place.

I have also prohibited " Goods movement". In this case consumption does not take place .

But at the same time following goods movement also get prohibited which is not desired:

from one storage location to another storage location/ from plant stock to project stock .

The business requirement is such that except consumption of goods all other goods movement should be allowed.

Kindly suggest.

Please check the status profile for WBS and network.

You are trying to allow POST GOODS ISSUE only when a user status is set on WBS or network?

This is correct business transaction and should not allow 281Q to happen if prohibited for a user status. So the problem lies in other settings.

For which project objecy have you set the use rstatus ?

WBS element, Network /Activity ?

Try to set the user status which prohibits "Goods movement" for network.
