Inter branch transfer and stock transfer

How inter branch transfer is diffrent from the stock transfer order?.

Analyzed two documents related to above scenarios

For Inter branch transfer the item category is "DLN"

for STO it is is "NLN" .

hello, Anya.

DLN item category is for transfers without reference to an order, while NLN is for transfers with reference to documents such as Purchase Orders.
