Code for unplanned characteristics in inspection lot

is there a piece of code (bapi, function module) for creating unplanned characteristics in an inspection lot?

I want to create them automatically in a program.

You can not create unplanned characteristics automatically.You have to create it mannualy

Hi,

but I need to build a new transaction to copy results from one inspection lot to another. I'm not creating new inspection lots, the target inspection lot is already existing.

And it could be that the origin inspection lot has more characteristics than the target. So I need to create additional characteristics to fill in all values.

How should I do it?
