Hi,
I have a problem in changing vc theme.By using portal theme editor i have changed the theme in FlexRuntimecontrols but its not reflecting in VC.
Currently i am working in VC 7.0 sp13

you have to Check the Check box:Enable styling of flex controls in Portal theme int Compiler tab in the Options under tools.
Just check it out let me know if u still not getting the theme
