Shopping Cart creation Error

Hi

I am facing following problem

I had initially configuration SRM server and a backend system and i was able to create the shopping cart ( Through URL). Afterward i defined anotehr client in the sam e backend system and configured it to SRM. But after this i am not able to create the shopping cart. When I Run URL and ,logn and then click on Shop to create the shopping cart then systm is giving Time out error after some time. I tried changing time out parameters although this is not relevant as it was working before adding another client. Is there any configuration changes which i missed ? Can anybody help me on this?
