Disable ovs input field with disabling the input help...

Hello all,

Is there a way to disable the OVS input in order to force the user to select his option from the popup list .

Any idea would be much appreciated.

create node attribute and use simple drop down or EVS feature.

Hi,

We simply cant use dropdown or evs as we need a advances search feature.

We need an ovs to be used but restrict the user from entering directly anything into the input field.I need to force him to go via the input help of ovs ..search in the popup and then return..

This cannot be acheived by disabling the input field because the popup button also gets disabled..

Pls revert with suggestions how you have achieved this..
