SAP printing a blank page

Hi All,

Please help me to solve the below mentioned probled while printing from SAP.

The prints are going smoothly from the SAP side. But the print out is comming as a blank page. Nothing is printed on it. But I am able to print the same when I try to print the image from the screen.

Anyone can help me on this??

plz provide more (detailed) information, such as

-> sap release?

-> how do you print? (sprint, network whatever)

-> what does transaction SP01 tell you?

-> all pinters attached to that sap system show the same result?

-> etc. etc.

Hi,

The print request is giving from a link. Whenever I click on the link (doc to be printed), it will pop up another window with the document to be printed and I am giving the print by using the print button on the top of that screen.

Its SAP R/3 Enterpris edition.

Hi,

Please provide information requested by hergoz. Also have a look at notes numbers 3085, 5799 & 95774. This will help you identify a potential problem area.

I faced a similar problem when i created a new device type and uploaded the drivers. In this case i made hexa decimal changes. I'm not sure about the implementation at your end.
