Can Anybody tell me how to Assign order QL01.

how to calculate cost from QM module.

if any helful material or SAP screen shot please send me at

My client want to calculate rework cost ,scrap cost how can I map this scenarion in QM

Hi,

The other way is you can use quality notification that will trigger internal orders to catch the cost.

Dear,

All the costs can be assigned to a internal order (which you can create in OK04) and this order can be assigned to material in QK01

Rework order cost can be settled to this QM internal order. Any activity cost can be booked through - KB21n and materials can be issued to this order through MB1a.

Scrap cost also can be booked to this internal order.

Once you book all the cost you can anlyse this internal order in many ways. example OK05- QK05 - Display Activity Confirmation for Insp. Lot or S_ALR_87012993 - Orders: Actual/Plan/Variance.

I think u meant QK04 for creation of internal orders...Pls correct me if i'm worng
