Report on Issues and Support Messages

Hello All-

I would like to generate a report that includes all issues and / or incidents. Is there a report that includes all issues including message long text? Or would this be considered a Z_report?

Hi,

For Issues and Top Issues, you can try out this:

- SOLUTION_MANAGER

- Open Solution Landscape

- Operations: Solution Reporting -> Issues and Top Issues

- Start "Issue and Top Issue Reporting" (via Icon)

- Make you selection and execute

this results in a list of Issues or Top Issues

- mark the relevant rows

- choose icon "Summary"

==> it will generate an HTML report with all details.

I don't have the authorizations to SOLUTION_MANAGER transaction.

I search a report on SolMan to extract all the urgent corrections with their actions and their creating date.

Can you tell me if the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER permit this extract ?
