i cant send the templates but i can give some idea though, Essentially the KT template should contain the following things.

1) Team lead/Proj Manager/Del Mgr

2) KT from

3) KT to

4) Planned duration

5) Actual duration

6) Any previous cases discussed, if yes description of that

7) Business scenarios explained

😎 Folders where the KT documents are stored/updated

9) Project specific guidelines

10) User list / hierarchy
