Integrating bW to portal

I have a BW System and EP System

I have to integrate BW system to EP, so that i can see the reports on EP

I know that there is link in EP, where i can loing in and configure.(template installer)Please let me know the link for the same where i can see the template installer

Hi Bajali,

go here and you can see "netweaver administration"

click that

got to "deploy and change"

here you can see the template installer.

you can do the template installer "18 steps"

if you get error at any stage (depends on your support packs), you can do it manually too.

Hi,

We can bring any system in to the portal,

But we need to do some system settings in portal and jco connection.

http://<systename>:<port>/irj

In that system > system configuration> then create one folder with naming convention and then right click on the folder then choose new system from template and then select bw system.

Then give the details for ITS,user administration,System alias and then connection details...

Atlast u need to do some jco activities also.

Hi Balaji,

You need to do both abap and portal config to integrate BW to the portal... you need to run the template installer in NWA (As describe above) and you also need to run program RSPOR_SETUP on your BW system.
