Problem while installting the J2E engine

Hello All,

while installing the Java WAS I am getting the following exception."Caught ESyException in Modulecall: ESAPinstException: error text undefined."

This occurs when I am suppose to provide the OS user passwords.I am providing the correct passwords that is for sure.

Let me know the solution.

Hi

Try to keep your password simple, without any special characters. We got a similar error, and had to reset the OS password a simpler one, then tried and it worked.
