Hi,
I have one query
Can we access ( Reading/ writing )the FTP Server, when it is outside the organization network???
What all the Autorizations we need for that??

Yes, you can do it. Just try to ping the FTP server. Mainly organizations will have Firewall to avoid these sort of communications. If it successfully pings then I won't think so any issues will be ther.

Yes you can provided you have the acess to login and the some firewalll settings need to be taken care...they should allow the port of that FTp trough your Firewall.....
