LC10 Database connection setting.

Hello,

I am new to LC ver 7.6 and was wondering why the DB connection from LC10 does not save the default setting to "LCA" . I would like the LCA setting to be the default and looked in OSS notes but did not find anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Steve,

In the liveCache installation/upgrade guide you will find the post installation/

upgrade steps. And one of them is the settings of the LCA/LDA < LEA as of SCM 5.0 >

Connections.

There are no default settings for the LCA connection, as you need to set the liveCache

Name & liveCache server name & passwords of the DBM and liveCache standard users.
