XI 3.0 when eamil through so01 and check messages Tcode: "SOST" getting an error messages

"Cannot process message in node, parameters cannot be converted"

RFC connection Test fine... SMTP and mail connection fine... Node selected as Internet

2nd question:

how to execute the command: mlosmadm SAP_EMAIL_GATEWAY.cfg

Is that Tcode: mlosmadm or will i run in unix

Hi, everyone

We having issue in XI SAPconnect internet email sending or mail gateway

Getting an error: "Cannot be process in nodes, Paramater cannot be convered" Error 821

With Trace: SX_GENERATE_NDR and same error messages as above

In scot

Has 2 connection under "INT Internet " IMAIL and SMTP

In IMAIL connection RFC Destination: SIMG_MLUNXSND "check RFC connection works fine" no error

Same window when I click (SET) under internet its shows!

ABAP List: HTM

Business Object link: HTM

RAW Text: TXT

BUT .............

When we look some others system like sandbox or others R/3 DV / PRD its shows different screen

like all others format such as RAW, OTF, ALI, SCR ....

We already checks these:-

• SAP connect general nodes data screen (SCOT)

• Output format DOC (SCOT)

• XI support packages updated

• Add entry all format in table t-code: (S_BCE_68001286)

• Email active setting: (SICF)

• RFC Destination: SIMG_MLUNXSND (SM59)

Questions:

How we install these format in XI ? and why this format screen looks like different with others system?
