Is there any custom infostructures/reports , which would be holding the shipment details based on type of shipment/shipping point/material...?

in t-code MC23 look for info structures S050, S051, S052, S053, S054 and S055.

Ya. Check for Application 08 which is for shipment. All the standard Infostructures S050 to S055 are for shipments.
