Field DEL_IND in shopping cart items

Hi experts

Shopping carts created some time ago apear with the field DEL_IND with 'X' 'and is not possible see it in shopping cart monitor.

Somebody knows why DEL_IND is flaged?

Hello Nilson,

Field DEL_IND is at item level. So, if you can not see your Shopping Cart in "Monitoring Shopping Cart", this means all SC items were deleted.

Moreover, this item deletion is possible only if follow-on document item is not yet created: in your case, Purchase Order item.

Finally, have a look with BBP_PD transaction: it will give you all different status followed by your Shopping Cart.

Hi Laurent,

Even if PO is already created, you can delete SC item.

This is standard functionnality.

You can prevent this through PFCG authorization.

Yann,

Is there a way to control deletion of SC items once follow on document has been generated (backend PO). Grey out the Bin Icon in shopping cart status transaction only for SC for which follwon documents have been created (PO or PR in R/3), we still want users to delet SC item if they have not been approved and subsequent follow on documents have not been created.
