Table Names for Tcode S_ALR_87013558 ( Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assg

Pls give me table name for sap ps report tcode is S_ALR_87013558 ( Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assg

From this report i wanted to know following column figs are coming from which tables

1) Budget

2) Actual

3)Commitment

4)Assigned

5)Available

Pls give me table name of above

You can find these values in table : RPSCO

1) Budget - Value type 41

2) Actual- Value type 4 & 11

3) Commitment- Value type 21,22,23,24 & 26

4) Assigned- Formula: ActualCommitmentRemOrdPlan (RemOrdPlan- Value type 25)

5) Available- Formula: Budget-Assigned

I have Project ID, How can I search for releavant Budgets RPSCO table. Please let me know the link between Project ID and this table

Hi,

Budget is saved WBS wise in the RPSCO table. You need to find out Object number (OBJNR) for WBS from PRPS table. Input this alongwith Value Type (WRTTP); 41 in case of budget; to RPSCO table, you will get budget for that particular WBS.

Also i have small clarification

I ran S_ALR_87013558 for a project ID and it gives us Available Total ... This is not matching the values of addition in RPSCO table. Please let me know if there is any formula related to this.

It may be related to budget release. Just a guess. No points for earlier post.
