Plant required entry in QN

Hi All ,

Can anybody tell me how to make plant a required entry while creating a QN ? We have tried making it in screen template settings by selecting plant as required entry, But when creating a QN and though we input plant in plant for material field system is issuing a message to enter a plant and we could not able to find the same in QN other than plant for material field.Kindly give me a solution for this.

Hi,

In SPRO settings , "plant for material" comes under reference objects screen & "Plant" / "Plant for work centre" under general screen.

Chech whether you have set the indicator for the required one.

Hi Arun,

I have checked the indicator in "Plant for material" coming under Reference objects.System issues a information message "Field plant must still be filled" while saving the QN and doesnt allow to save the QN.

Hi,

In SPRO , under -reference objects settings, "Plant for material " field MAWERK listed twice , one with table VIQMEL & other with Table RQM00. I am not sure about this.

But when i refer in Notification for Plant for Notification field , it refers to RQM00 table. So you may try marking this (RQM00-MAWERK) field alone as required field & see how it works.

No Luck i did the same earlier.May be the requirement should go thru a enhancement to achieve the same.Anyway thanks for your inputs Arun.
