Hi All,
In my scenario file is not picking from FTP server, previously the scenario is executing correctly, now the file is not picking.
In RWB, Communication Channel monitoring, it is not showing any error.
How to find the error in this case...?
Is there any procedure to debug this kind of scenario.?
Regards
JSAP

go to run time workbench--->inn the component monitoring >click on Dispaly>click on Adapter Engine-->click on Communication Channel Monitoring
give ur channel name and click on use filter and check whether is channel is start or not.

Hi ,
Check the service user (pirwbuser, piafuser, piisuser) sometimes this users get lock due to that it will not pick..so check the same in abap side and do the cache refresh for adapter. You can do this sxi_cache in utilities there will be an option delete the file and do adapter refresh.
Thanks and regards

Hi JSAP,
Check ur sender communication channel first.Check if u have selected the "sender" radio button.
Also try connecting to the FTP manually.
Just go the SXMB_MONI and check the status of ur msg.

Hi,
One of the following may be the reason for that
1) Make sure that Adapter is Active at both in Adapter in ID and in RWB of CC
2) Make sure abt the User name and the Pwd,
3) Make sure that you have un-checked the box and provided the user and pwd in CC, if the FTP folder is having the Authentication
