Hi SD people,
After Budget in our concern we are in need to change one of condition type which wil affect all the material.Atpresent we doing it maually for each material..Inorder to change all the materials.Wat to do
T-code : VK12
Hi Arthi,
there might be different ways to change your conditions, but it depends a lot on how you have set them up.
Are the conditions all in the same table, or in different tables? If it is the same table, is it a SAP standard table, or a table defined by you (standard tables have number 001 to 499, user defined are 500-999).
Are you familiar with LSMW? If you would create new entries through LSMW, the old ones expire atomatically.
It really depends a lot on your system settings. If you need to do those changes frequently, you could use an download and upload mechanism using LSMW.
Cheers
Markus

also both in transaction vk12 and vk32 you can do mass change.
just select the items you want to change and depending on the thing you
want to change choose the proper icon (validity, rate)- it works

-> Through VK12 and VK32, but you can not enter in one shot a list of
various condition values (you have to copy/paste on the lines you see on one
screen)
-> Through SCAT, you can easily create some condition records from one
starting date to another. It seems to me it is harder to modify, since you
need the condition numbers, but if you have one condition A valid from
S-Date to E-Date and supposing you create a new condition number with the
same key with a starting date S2 in the time period (S, E), it will modify
automatically this older condition so that it ends at the previous day
before S2, and it will create a new condition record from S2 till E2.
-> Thanks to standard Batch Input prgram 'RV14BTCI' you can create or change
all conditions records in Batch Input. But you also need to know the
condition records numbers and then to prepare a flat file mapped as
specified in the data transfer structures of this program: BGR00, BKONDA,
BKOND2, BKOND3...

Go to VK12, change the pricing date to old date (From and To Date may be same) and save.
Now go to MASS, give Object Type "BUS2032" and execute. Here, select the Table "Sales Order Item Data" and go to "Fields" tab. Here select the field "Pricing date (MASSSD)" and execute. Now change the date what you have maintained in VK12.
