Error mounting MDM Server

Hi

When I am trying to mount MDMserver through console its giving error " File failed a CRC check".

Can somebdy help on this?

Hello,

It is because of the incompatibility of your MDM console with MDM server.

Please check with the build version of your MDM console against the MDM Server version.Both must be same.

Can you please tell me the path on service market place from where i can downlaod the console file. I have user id and password to download.

Hello,

First check your MDM server version and patch level which you are using.

According to this, you can search for the correct MDM components on service market place.

On Service Market Place link --> https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/swdc.

Click on Search for SAP Software and put MDM server version name and patch info (ex:mdm 5.5 sp06 patch1), you will find all GUI client according to MDM server version.

My MDM server version is 5.5 sp05 patch 2. I serached the swdc by giving this information but it is not returning any result

patch 2 have 15 builds so, you have to provide a build number. just check your server build and on service market place>downloads>search for software--> put search term "MDM 5.5 SP05 <build no like 5.5.42.65 (just check yours)>.

you will find the exact software.
