HI,
Check whether services Jcontrol and jlaunch are running. if they are not running then there may be problem with the disptacher. restart the system and check first whether jcontrol and jlaunch services are running.

Hi ,
I think its due to the service problem but i am not sure. So try to activate the XI ICF services.
Use the report in SE38 RXSMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES and execute the same.
Let me know the result.
If its still problem persist means check the logs in os level.
Regards
Vijay

Hi,
Please go to http://<systemname>:<port>/exchangeProfile.
Check the http services port in all the parameters.
I also want to make sure that whether sld is running fine.?
Check sxi_cache---> here green signal should glow with cache contents are up to date?
then check in SMICM--> one icon name services. By clicking that you came to know about the port status of http.
try tcode sldcheck and what it showing.
Regards
Vijay
