Hello,

can we have some updates from SAP please when will Windows Mobile 6.1 be suported?

Microsoft released 6.1 over 6 months now and several device providers only ship new devices with 6.1.

Thanks,

Andre.

Hi,

I got the same question as the user above me. Is Windows Mobile 6.1 already supported or has anyone tried with it yet? Many of the new mobile devices are being shipped with WM 6.1. Probably it's not officially supported but it should work no?

Hello,

MI is supported on WM 6. That doesn't mean that the application are supported yet. You will have to wait until SAP give a thumbs up for MAM/MAU/DSD etc.

Just to clarify....

Julien.

Hi Stefan,

Is there any pre-delivered content or Transactions which are delivered along with MI 7.1 like MIGO, LM02 etc ?

Thanks and Regards

Hello Mrinalini,

NetWeaver Mobile 7.1 ist the design & runtime for our mobile applications.

SAP offers also mobile applications which are using this architecture (e.g Mobile Time & Travel).

But there are no predelivered transactions like LM02.

Stefan,

the official PAM on the SAP Service Marketplace still does not reflect this updated support for Windows Mobile 6.0, see slide # 9.

Appreciate if this could be updates as it serves as official support document.

Hi Bart,

the tests on Windows Mobile 6 are now also finished for Mobile - Always Connected ( Mobile Web Dynpro).

Windows Mobile 6 is now also officially supported by Mobile - Always Connected.

A new Version of the PAM will be released soon.

Hi Stefan,

We are trying to use standard application for xMAU 3.0 SR1 with Windows Mobile 6.0. But we get error (refer to thread [MAU error|; ).

Is xMAU 3.0 SR1 supported with Windows Mobile 6.0?

This is excellent news. We see Windows Mobile as the key platform to deliver mobile applications, in particular to field service work force (MAM, MAU etc.) and look forward to the continued close cooperation between SAP and Microsoft in providing a seamless interoperability between the two leading platforms.
