Workflow Currency

Hi guys,

We have the following WF issue.

We changed our starting condition of a WF for a SHC WS1000031 (2 steps approval) from Pesos Chilenos (CLP) to Euro.

With Chilean Pesos the WF was started but with the change to EURO, SRM didnt start the Workflow.

What can be the problem here ?

Hi,

Make sure the currency in the WF starting conditions is the DEFAULT currency you have defined in your system.SC total value will be calculated in the user's default currency defined as an attribute in PPOMA_BBP.This is this amount/currency that is used in WF starting conditions.

Please go in change mode and select in the drop down list the appropriate currency .

Make sure your start conditions you are using proper field related to the currency.
