Hi
When trying to delete an inbound delivery in VL33N, by the menu and delete, the delivery cannot be deleted.
The delivery is new and no processes exists, why cant I delete it? Is there a special transaction to delete the inbound deliveries?

Before Deleting Inbound delivery, check the PO line items which this ASN confirmed. If these line items are GRed and IRed then you will not be able to delete ASN. In this case you will need to reverse the GR and IR using MBST tcode.
After that go to VL32N and decrease the qty of the items to zero and effectively this will change on confirmations screen on PO line item.

you need to run VL32N
goto Environment-Document flow and check the status
if you have not PGR under it - you can delete this delivery: Inbound Delivery - Delete
if you have material document - you need to cancel/reverse using MBST

Hi, You have to go in VL32N and then you will able to delete the inbound delivery!
