Validation Results

When I execute my validation I would like to export the results and view them in excel or some other form of text. This would be beneficial for distributing the results to my team. Is this possible?

Hi Derrick,

1) According to me, the 1st way out can be: to run the validation on the records. The records which pass the validations will appear with the tick mark.

Then Manually you can select those records from the data manager and Go to

File->Export->Excel/Text/Access

The selected records will be exported out. Then you can send those records to your team members.

2) The second way can be: put the validation in a Workflow, and then split the passed records and directly syndicate( export) it to a ready folder. From there your team members can access the file.( This process can be made automatic).
