Incompletion procedure(Urgent)

Hi all,

When we look into the details of Incompletion Procedure at Item-level we find the following:-

Table Field Name Description scr stat warn

VBAP "OBJNR" OBJECT NO DATA PKNT 01

VBAP "TECHS" STD VARIANT POEF 02

Can any one tell me the importance of the above two fields and where do we get in the sales order.

Most important thing is why does the system doesnt ask for this data as required data in the sales order (even maintained in the incompletion procedure ).

Hi

This is not the information inputted during order creation. It is a object id internally created for each item of the sales order. Generally if the order is X and item 10 then object will be VBX000010. I think this is not getting generated internally due to some problem and hence the issue.

You can ask ABAP to check why this is happening.

If helpful, reward accordingly.

As per mail..i gotunderstood that it is created internally while saving the order.

But my question is "as it is maintained in the STD INCOMPLETION PROCEDRE " why it is not asking for this field while saving the order.

If internally created also..where do we make this setting to get created internally..
