Service Cost in MCI4 report

Hi PM/CO Gurus,

We are using ECC 5.0 and in MCI4 report (planner Group Analysis), Total Planned Cost, Total Actual Cost field contains data. But the report doesn't shows Service Cost, even though field is available. We are using Control Key PM03.

What need to be done for displaying the service cost in that field?

Hi Asmath,

Considering that u hv maintained value categories properly and assigned cost element to services value category in customizing.

For displaying services cost in MCI4 report, u need to assign services value category to cost key figure in customizing.

In PMCS, go to Information system for PMCS. There, u assign value category to cost key figure.

This will solve your problem.

Thanks for your update. It is working. Can you please confirm one more thing in this regard? It is providing the updated cost from the day of assigning the Value categories to the Cost Key Figures. How I can update the historical cost? What is the process/procedure involved. Whether there is any standard SAP procedure for this.

kindly change the layout of the report.after executing the report there will be a change layout button in the application toolbar.kindly select the service cost and save the layout .then i think you can find the service cost in the report
