Hi Experts,

I have one scenario in which EDI mesage is to be posted as an IDOC into SAP system....

can you tell me how to do this?

Hi,

For this you need Seeburger inorder to convert EDI-XML and vice versa.

Your scenario will be EDI(Seeburger)--XI----IDOC(SAP)

For this you need to install the seeburger adapter on XI server.

Instead of File to IDoc scenario, use AS2 to Idoc. before you install the Seeburger AS2 adapter on the XI server, actually this is done by BASIS people but you should configure in the seeburger work bench after install the Adapter.

Then it is like a file to Idoc scenario.

Hi

As u r getting the EDI message that is to be passed through XI,so to convert the EDI message in to XML u have to make use of the seeburger BIC module bcoz XI understand only the XML message so u have to conveert the EDI message into the xml message.

to convert the EDI message into XMLmessage u have to make use of the BIC module .

BIC module is used to convert the EDI message in to the EDI XML and that EDI xml will be passed through XI.

and u have to make use of the seeburger adapter.
