No application server on database host

I am trying to finish off my install of MSCS windows 2003, with XI 3.0 (sp12).

I am trying to sort an issue with Backups, which worked to a point at the end of last week.

Now when I schedule through DB13 I get the following message:

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSDBAJOB, variant &0000000000034, user ID BASIS)

No application server on database host - rsh will be used

Execute logical command BRBACKUP On host sapxi-dev-db1

Parameters:-u / -c force -t offline_force -m all -p initXID.sap -a -c force -p initXID.sap -cds

Job finished

How can I fix this issue??

I have checked several SAP Notes re SAP with MSCS and implemented all the changes, but it has stopped working now.

Any thoughts??
