SRM 5 - Timeout via Web-dispatcher - Error 400

Hi Experts,

I have just upgraded to SRM version 5 and in order to have load balancing working i have installed a Web Dispatcher to handle the HTTP requests.

The problem we are facing is that if both Application Servers are active via the Webdispatcher, then the users experience a timeout. (error 400 - session timed out immediately).

If only 1 Apps server is active in the Web Dispatcher then it works perfect.

This has been logged with SAP over a week, and i have changed timeout values, but had no joy.

I also ran SMMS and it all looks fine on the backend. Load balancing is also working via SMLG.

This is our current setup via the Portal:-

User access SRM from Portal link - http://hostname:8102/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart/!

The port for the webdispatcher is 8102.

This is the error received :-

400 Session timed out

Error: -11

Version: 7000

Detail: Session does not exist
