Service Desk: Message type SLFN

Hi!

I successfully configured Service Desk functionality (message type SLF1) within SAP Solution Manager 4.0

Now I would like extend the functionality for:

- add the SLA to the service desk messages

- customize the service desk messages

Can some one tell me, which settings do I need? (e.g. message type SLFN)

Does some suitable documentation exist for this issue?

hi,

Did you follow any document to configure the Service desk?

If so please let me know. I am stuck up with ppoma_crm where we configure the organisation structure, and the functions and attributes. I am not able to create a BP with sold to party and create sales area data as described in spro.
