Action list of correction getting reset automatically

Hello SolMan Experts,

I have created an implementation project and then I created a Change request of type Development(Implementation). I Authorized the change request and went to the correction which got created. There I choose the action Set to 'in development'. Now I used the action Created Transport Request to create the TRs. When saved and checked the action list, The action list contains only set to 'in development' and cancel procedure. The TRs got created succesfully.

Please help.
