RG23D extract-In excel

HI

When we extract RG23D register in excel format using Tcode J2I6, there is field called "BALANCE" Before remarks against each folio number.

Can some one pl explain me whats it and how it gets calculated?

I am little confused with this field.

We are facing a problem that is balance for some of the folio numbers showing in negative..

Hi Shan,

Balance is picked from table J_1IPART1-MENGE.

This is excise invoice quantity.
