Error logging to homepage of XI

Hi,

I have reinstalled the XI, when i try to login to homepage im getting

" An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError".

When i try to login to visual admin im gettng error "Error while connecting".Even im not able to login to SAP Netweaver Administrator.

plz do suggest what has to be done.
