not printing negative sign on left side

hi all,

i am trying to display negative sign to left side but it is displaying in smartforms

i edit w_test-t1(c) like this .. w_test-t1(>)

but it is not displaying negative sign to left side.

what exactly do u mean by the code you have written?

i just want print negative sign to left side rit now

0.89 - but i want -0.89 so i have tried (<),(C<) but not working.

why dont you try multiplying the variable in which your value is by -1. Write code before you print the variable

e.g w_test-c1 = w_test-c1*-1.

Hi,

Actually &fld(<)& should work if you want leading sign to be on the left, if you are not getting the desired results, may b we have to put it manually by concatenating.
