Control for delivery from projects

Hi

Is there any way we can control the delivery of components from projects CNS0 using User statuses.

The components in project stock should not be delivered until the User status permits it.

Kindly advise.

Hi,

I do not know what exactly is your requirement. If you forbid "Goods Issue Delivery", it will prevent PGI (Post Goods Issue) of material, though it may permit creation of a delivery document. In normal business situations PGI is a more significant factor. You can review your scenario and requirement.

Hi,

Please create a user status with business transaction "Goods Issue Delivery" as forbidden , and assign the status to the WBS element.

It should work. I have not tried it out though.

No, it dosen't stop the delivery. I had already tried it.

Try setting forbidden for Business Transaction SDDN-Create delivery
