Any body help me out to know ,<b>how to configure the SRM--> XI --> CCM</b> systems,and is this neccessary we need to use the <b>xCDL mappping</b> here.
The scenario configuration is described well in the service market place under the following location: <b>http://service.sap.com/ibc</b>. If your configuring the standard scenarios, all the mappings will be part of the predelivered content. The document said above , tells which mapping has to be used.
