Solved: WebDynpro and Database

Dear guys

Can we use webdynpro application with other oracle database to retrieve data with the help of SQL. Or Webdynpro can be used only with SAP database.

Is there any other way to retrive data from database other then BAPIs.

we can connect to other DB what ever it may be

for that we can use <JAVA BEAN MODEL>

u have to write proper connection managing class

here i am giving one link which is an example

if u go through this u will get good picture of java bean model
