CHaRM without transports

Is it possible to configure CHaRM for Change requests without creating any transports or attaching CR to the maintenance cycle.

please use for this scenario SDAD for administration message.

Administration messages allow administration activities in the systems of a project landscape.

- Logon to target systems

- Documentation of administration messages.
